Retreat with Nora

Back to YourselfA retreat with Nora & Ena

Back to Yourself is seven days of slowing down, moving, exploring, connecting and reflecting — and of learning to listen again to what the body and the mind are telling us.

Far from the everyday routine, the obligations and the pressure to always be “more”, we make room for the thing we usually leave for later — ourselves.

  • It is not about being perfect.
  • It is not about changing your body.

Ena

Your host on Fehendhoo

If you are wondering who will meet you on this small island in the middle of the Maldives — I am Ena. I moved here a few years ago, and it was life on this island that reminded me how easily we lose touch with ourselves along the way. In the pace of everyday life, in the obligations, the work and everything we think we have to do, we often forget to stop and ask what we actually want, what we need, and what makes us happy.

Here I learned to slow down again. To take a moment. To stop always chasing the next thing and notice the one that is happening right now. And somehow it was here that I found the parts of myself I had lost on the way.

So this retreat is not just an escape from everyday life for me. It is a chance to set aside everything that usually occupies us and give ourselves room to get to know ourselves again — what matters to us today, what we want, what makes us happy, and what may no longer be ours. We are not looking for a new, “better” version of ourselves. We are just giving ourselves the chance to rediscover the one who was there all along.

Fitness coach

I am Nora — a fitness coach, but above all someone who believes that training is never only training. Sport has been a big part of my life for years. Through it I learned how much can change once we start trusting ourselves, our bodies and what we are capable of. What motivates me most is exactly that sense of progress — when you realise you can do something today that you could not do before, and that step by step you have become stronger, steadier and more capable.

Fitness has never been a question of looks for me. What happens along the way matters far more — more energy, more confidence, a feeling of strength and of being at home in your own body. That is why I do not believe in an “all or nothing” approach. I believe in discipline, but in flexibility too. In the challenge, but in the rest as well. In having goals without forgetting to enjoy life along the way.

And that is exactly what I want to bring to this retreat — movement that is not a punishment, but a way to connect better with our bodies and see everything we are capable of. I do not want you to become someone else. I want to help you discover how strong YOU can be.
