Eudaimonia is a small, locally based Maldives travel brand creating intimate trips and experiences that go beyond the postcard version of the islands.

I work with travel professionals, retreat leaders, diving professionals, creators and communities who want to experience the Maldives in a more personal, local and meaningful way.

Travel agencies & group trips

Do you run a travel agency, travel community, club or group?

Bring your clients or community to the Maldives and let Eudaimonia take care of the local side — accommodation, transfers, activities, island logistics and all the little details that make a group trip run smoothly.

We can create a ready-made itinerary or build something completely custom around your group’s interests, budget and travel style.

Small groups are my thing — usually around 8–10 people — because I want the experience to feel personal rather than like a tour bus in paradise.

Retreats

Yoga, fitness, wellness, breathwork, personal development, women’s retreats…

If you have something you love teaching or sharing, we can build a Maldives experience around it.

Think movement by the ocean, local island life, snorkeling, marine life, meaningful conversations, adventure and plenty of time to simply slow down.

Not a resort retreat where everyone disappears into their own villa. A shared experience, in a real island setting, with the ocean as part of the programme.

Diving & ocean experiences

Are you a dive instructor, dive professional, underwater photographer or ocean creator?

Bring your divers or ocean-loving community to the Maldives and let me take care of the local experience.

We can create a diving-focused trip around the marine life, atolls and experiences that fit your group — from reef dives and sharks to mantas, whale sharks and everything in between.

The itinerary can be built around your expertise and the kind of experience you want your group to have.

Creator collaborations

Are you a travel, lifestyle, diving or ocean creator?

Let’s create something your audience would genuinely love — whether that’s a hosted experience, content collaboration, group departure or something completely custom.

I’m always more interested in the right people than the biggest numbers.

Why Eudaimonia?

Because I’ve been living here, working here and exploring these islands for years.

I know the Maldives beyond the resort brochures — the local islands, the boats, the reefs, the people, the good spots and the inevitable “well… that boat was supposed to be here 20 minutes ago” moments. 😅

My goal is simple

To help people experience the Maldives, not just visit it.

And because Eudaimonia is intentionally small, collaborations can be flexible. There isn’t one fixed package or one way of doing things.

We can talk about what you’re imagining and figure out what makes sense for both sides.
